- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
Shipping Rates & Offers
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $48 AUD
- Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout
- All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include applicable GST.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia (Domestic Shipping):
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Incorrect Address
