Refund policy
RETURNS
Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our team at hello@lumiel.com.au within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return for a replacement or refund.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to any inquiries made after 14 days from the delivery date.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
